Aisan Industry Integrated Report

We publish an Integrated Report to inform our stakeholders of our initiatives. Through this document we will promote the disclosure of financial and non-financial information, including sustainability management and ESG initiatives, and further deepen our dialogue with stakeholders.

Human Capital Management

The automobile industry faces major environmental changes and intensifying calls for corporate social responsibility aimed at achieving carbon neutrality. Aisan works toward its vision via activities based on its three management pillars of cultural reform, human resource transformation, and participation of diverse human resources and by clarifying the objectives of human capital management.
