Since its founding, Aisan has actively contributed to society in the course of business in reflection of the management philosophy of “We contribute to society through global growth and environmental preservation”. Sustainability is the very identity of Aisan Industry.

We have accelerated groupwide initiatives to benefit society and sustainably grow corporate value by sincerely applying the Fundamental Sustainability Policy we established in 2022 and addressing materiality issues that our group prioritizes.

We continuously provide environmentally friendly products by leveraging technologies we have cultivated and promoting human resources development, as our people are critical assets in advancing our business agenda.

In addition, we are fortifying our corporate governance system by revising the composition of our Board of Directors to include both internal and external directors and introducing a CxO system. We will also bolster our internal audit function and enhance information disclosure to ensure management transparency.
