Moreover, companies are increasingly expected to make greater efforts toward achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs) as part of their corporate social responsibility.
Aisan has formulated its group management vision, “VISION 2030: Beaming future is in our hands”, to contribute to further the realization of a sustainable society through our business activities.

Our History & Identity

In its more than 85 years as an automotive components manufacturer, Aisan Industry has grown by relentlessly refining its technologies and adapting to numerous changes in such areas as social and environmental requirements and regulatory strictness. Our can-do spirit and historical pride in quality continue to be passed down as part of Aisan's identity.

A history of challenging technological innovation targeting safety, environmental protection, and regulatory tightening

  • 1945
    Post-war transition to civilian production.
    Second founding as an auto-parts manufacturer.
  • 1970s
    Advanced as a manufacture of components for the engine—the heart of the automobile. “Aisan” brand became known for carburetors.
    Developed new technologies to comply with exhaust gas regulations.
  • 1980s
    Shifted main product focus to electronic fuel injection (EFI).
  • 1990s
    Developed products to meet the needs of electronically equipped, sophisticated automobiles.
  • 2000s
    Promoted modularization and established advanced technology tuned for engine compatibility.
  • 2010s
    Developed and produced LPG-HV systems.
  • 2020s
    Developed hydrogen fuel-injection systems for fuel-cell vehicles (FCVs).

As an engine system supplier, we will continue to develop products that contribute to the realization of a sustainable low-carbon society.
