AISAN GROUP VISION2030
Beaming future is
in our hands

The automotive industry stands amid a once-in-a-century transformation, as various countries tighten regulations aimed at achieving carbon neutrality and the electrification of vehicles. The situation is evolving at an accelerating pace.
Moreover, companies are increasingly expected to make greater efforts toward achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs) as part of their corporate social responsibility.
Aisan has formulated its group management vision, “VISION 2030: Beaming future is in our hands”, to contribute to further the realization of a sustainable society through our business activities.
Our Vision

Creating new values with proven technology and quality to enrich the society
As custodians of our company’s strong conviction to maintain our advanced technological capabilities and preserve “Aisan quality”, we create new value through our business activities and, thereby, help realize a prosperous society that is comfortable for everyone and friendly to Earth’s environment.

Making the present society more convenient
We contribute to the realization of sustainable society by providing clean, safe, and secure mobility solutions that balance environmental impact reduction, driving enjoyment, and ride comfort worldwide, with the environmental technologies and system development technologies we have developed to support the core of mobility.
We will enhance the value of mobility to create a comfortable existence for both people and the Earth, and strive for sustainable growth in collaboration with our partners.

Bringing happiness to future generations
We contribute to society and help build the future by expanding the possibilities for mobility and offering new solutions that enrich lives and bring smiles to people's faces. We aim to deliver a future where children can always enjoy with peace of mind and have smiles on their faces.

Assessment of the External Environment
We have identified material issues (key challenges) we should address
by forecasting changes over the next 10 years from three perspectives: global projections, social trends, and mobility.
1Global Projections
- Outlook for 2030
-
- Rising temperatures due to CO2 increase (+2°C)
- Climate change (shortage of water resources and food due to desertification)
- Emergence of new viruses amid a changing natural environment
- Marine pollution (microplastics)
- Expansion of the hydrogen society
- Aisan Materiality Focus
-
- Decarbonization
- Technological development of a hydrogen society
- Zero waste
- Diverse fuel compatibility
- Zero evaporative emissions*1
- Climate change response
2Social Conditions
- Outlook for 2030
-
- Explosive global population growth (+1.15 billion)
- Global societal graying
- Working population contraction (manufacturing capacity)
- Industrial structural change
- Profound changes in values and lifestyles
- Aisan Materiality Focus
-
- Diversity & inclusion
- Workstyle reform
- Digital transformation
(DX: robotization, IoT support)
3Mobility
- Outlook for 2030
-
- Saturation in developed markets, expansion of emerging economies
- Business model shift toward decarbonization
- Diversifying energy sources for social infrastructure
- Innovation in circular resource management and recycling
- Bans on pure ICE vehicles *2, increase in electric vehicles (30%)

- Evaporative emission refers to fuel vapor (hydrocarbons evaporating from fuel tanks and intake manifolds).
- Pure Internal Combustion Engine vehicles: Refers to vehicles powered solely by internal combustion engines.
- Connected, Autonomous/Automated, Shared, Electric
- Mobility as a Service: A new mobility concept that classifies all modes of transportation as an integrated service.
- Model Based Development: A development method that involves repeated computer simulations to create systems for control and other functions.
Realizing Our Vision
Two business domains, three pillars for the future

- Mobility
-
Providing a clean and safe mobility for all
Leveraging our core environmental technologies, we contribute to push mobility further through fuel efficiency, lightweight design, emissions reduction, and electrification.
We aim to be the Top manufacturer in this field by providing the best possible products at the lowest possible cost to society.
- Digital transformation (DX)
-
Agile and robotic innovation
The true goal of DX is to prevail amid competition by employing IT tools to transform business models and organizations. We promote agile development systems and digital technology–driven improvements in quality, productivity, and work processes, as well as the move toward smart factories.
- Human resources
-
Diversity & inclusion
A homogeneous organization cannot create the novel value needed to realize our vision. We are building an organization where everyone—regardless of race, gender, disability, or age—recognizes and respects each other's differences and can fully apply their abilities.
- Culture
-
With pride and a can-do spirit, we will strive to grow further
Creating new value that has never been seen before cannot be achieved by one person alone. We will build a corporate culture where everyone takes pride and responsibility in their work, supports each other as a team, and embraces challenges.
Thoughts behind our key message
Beaming future is
in our hands

The hands described in VISION2030 symbolize the determination of each and every employee who acts autonomously and treats work as a personal responsibility. By 2030, we aim for our products and services to be depended upon and enjoyed by our customers. This will bring happiness not only to our customers but also to our employees in a cycle that extend to future generations. This is the vision we have embodied in the concept of a beaming smile.
To continue as a company that is essential to society, we will keep challenging ourselves to realize our vision and build a sustainable society.
Aisan Group contributes solutions to various social issues
through its business activities.
