Q.When was the company established?
A.Aisan was founded on December 2, 1938. For more information, please refer to the “History” section of this site.
Q.What is the origin of the company name?
A.Among our three original investors, two were companies in Aichi and one was in Mie, so we took the first characters (kanji) from both prefectures and named the company Aisan.
Q.What kind of products does the company make?
A. We manufacture critical components that support the essential motor vehicle functions, such as “driving” and “braking”. Our components are indispensable for safe operation and demand extremely strict quality tolerances. We hold the top global market share in fuel pump modules and EGR valves. Q.When was the company listed on a stock exchange?
A.The company was listed onthe Nagoya Stock Exchange's Second Section in 1980 and was promoted to the First Section in 2001, and later transitioned to the Premier Market in 2022. It was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Second Section in 2000 and was promoted to the First Section in 2001. In 2022, following market restructuring, we opted for listing on the Nagoya Stock Exchange's Premier Market and the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Prime Market.

A.The company is listed on the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Premier Market of the Nagoya Stock Exchange.
Q.What is your securities code and industry sector?
A.Our securities code is 7283, and our sector is Transportation Equipment.
Q.What is the minimum trading unit (share unit)?
A.Aisan’s minimum trading unit is 100 shares.
Q.When does the fiscal year end, and when is the General Meeting of Shareholders?
A.The fiscal year closes in March. The General Meeting of Shareholders takes place in June.
Q.When is the shareholder's fixed date?
A.March 31 for the year-end and September 30 for the interim dividend.
Q.Do you have a shareholder benefits program?
A.Aisan does not offer a shareholder benefits program. We aim to return value to shareholders through dividends.
