Toward Engaging Manufacturing

To achieve carbon neutrality while shifting from labor-intensive to high-value-added work, we are transforming how we make products in the areas of production, logistics, and energy supply, leading to high-efficiency, carbon-neutral manufacturing. We have built a new manufacturing site, the Aisan Future Factory, to put these efforts into practice.

Based on the concept of a factory that generates new value, nurtures the future, and continuously innovates, the new factory will promote a novel and highly efficient carbon-neutral manufacturing paradigm in which people and robots advance together. In addition to a surrounding biotope designed to harmonize with nature, the factory will offer outstanding environmental performance, promote workstyle reform among employees, and present a vibrant workplace that inspires innovation.
In our efforts to promote carbon neutrality through cyclical energy usage, we will demonstrate the world's first running example of a stable power supply using ammonia hydrogen power generation developed in-house. We will also utilize natural energy through a aquifer thermal energy storage air conditioning system—a first in the Chubu region. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies that make manufacturing compatible with carbon neutrality, we are building a workplace where employees are full of vitality and can push themselves to innovate.

Realizing Industry 5.0

The Aisan Future Factory is designed for sustainable manufacturing as a role model that does not burden the environment or society. It uses IoT, AI, and big data throughout the entire value chain and is being expanded globally.

We intend to achieve an innovative manufacturing model by reducing labor requirements and introducing automation utilizing collaborative robots, leading to the establishment of 24-hour unmanned lines and the model’s expansion as an integrated data platform.

Before the introduction of collaborative robots, most tasks were performed manually. Following the introduction of these robots, certain tasks became automated, and under the Industry 5.0 model, humans and robots work alongside each other. By providing collaborative robot packages leveraging our expertise, we contribute to innovation on the factory floor.
