Products and Systems for Clean Energy

Advances are being made in the development of automobiles that use clean energy fuel such as electricity, gas, and ethanol. Aisan is using the know-how accumulated with gas fuel systems, and is advancing the response to a wide variety of power sources. Hydrogen injectors installed in fuel-cell vehicles controls pressure and flow amount of hydrogen and contributes to highly efficient energy generation.

  • Hydrogen fuel supply system
    The injector controls the pressure and flow amount of hydrogen supplied to fuel cells and contribute to highly efficient energy generation.
  • Air Valve for FCV
    Air valve controls the pressure and flow amount of oxygen supplied to fuel cells.
  • Electric Water Pump
    Electric water pump is the cooling pump for motors of electric vehicles.
  • Gas Fuel System for LPG
    LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) is widely used for taxis in Japan. The latest LPG-HV system has adopted a brushless fuel pump controller. It contributes to improving fuel efficiency.
  • Gas Fuel System for CNG
    Demands for CNG (compressed natural gas) systems are expected to be the center of resource-producing countries, and we are producing the system in Indonesia which is near the market.

Adopted a new production process to overcome a challenge regarding next-gen vehicles

Aisan has adopted a semi-solid metal casting process (using ADC12 material) for the production of MIRAI's hydrogen supply unit.
The supply unit for hydrogen, commonly produced by die casting, requires a high level of airtightness.
We have succeeded in improving the airtightness by switching to a semi-solid metal casting process where semi-solid aluminum (i.e., aluminum in a partially molten state) is injected into the die. Aisan will keep honing its MONOZUKURI skills to support next-gen vehicles.
