Aisan Industry ("Aisan") hereby announces that, as of today, it has completed the acquisition of the fuel pump module ("FPM") business from DENSO CORPORATION (Head Office: Kariya, Aichi) (President: Koji Arima), which Aisan initially announced in the disclosure "DENSO and Aisan Reach Agreement on Transfer of Fuel Pump Module Business" dated January 17, 2022. In the course of the acquisition of the FPM business, Aisan has acquired 100% of the equity interests in KYOSAN DENSO MANUFACTURING KENTUCKY, LLC.
