Organization changes

1. Strengthening competitiveness of existing business

• Value Chain Executive Div. is established by integrating divisions of Purchasing, Production Engineering and Production for enhancing cooperation with divisions of engineering and sales. The aim is to strive to improve competitiveness by (1) designing & developing products with cross-functional team, (2) accelerating decision making and (3) effective use of Aisan group resources.
• Production Engineering Planning Sect. is reorganized as Production Engineering Management Dept. in order to accerelate planning of innovative production line and work reforming of production engineering Div.
• Production enginieering Div. is reorganized by integrating Production Engineering Dept.Ⅰ&Ⅱ in order to strengthen cooperation with each core product.

2. Others

• Technical Planning Dept. is renamed as Technical Management Dept.
